Leadership Philosophy
The influential person who leads is a leader is a known version of leadership definition. In the
21st century leadership is multi-faceted view underpinned on relationship. In extending new
ways of being, knowing, and doing while respecting life's developmental nature, leadership
inspires and facilitates new ways of being, knowing, and doing. The paper defines different
leadership style concisely understanding the characteristics of the same. The preferred
leadership style obviously a combination of transformational and servanthood styles.
However, the characteristics of servant leader underlying the components with the
transformational leadership with similarities and contrast.

Teaching Philosophy

The belief of a teacher both about teaching and learning activates the classroom environment.
In the current scenario, the high responsibility of teachers is to empower young minds to
respond to unexpected opportunities and challenges. To the swift of changes, must raise a
generation with core values, knowledge and skills fabricating the future world-embracing
peace. International Baccalaureate (IB) aims at it through education. Through education, IB
programmes impart that is in line with and crosses beyond their national, cultural, disciplines,
and geographical boundaries and exponents analytic-critical thinking learning, driving forces
to ideas and maintaining trustworthy relationships. As an educator, the beliefs and values
reflected in planning, teaching, and assessing align with IB.
